To kick off the month, Chef Maharjan will host back-to-back sessions on crafting the perfect pizza. The first session (1-2pm) proves that you’re an adult by teaching the art of making a breakfast pizza. Toss double-zero flour like a pro, top it with your favorite early-morning treats and dig in. At the second session (1:30-2:30pm), build your own pizza that errs on the more traditional side. With an assortment of cheeses, meats and veggies, create your masterpiece before digging in slice-by-slice.
