Thanksgiving is synonymous with Pinot Noir, and the secret behind that is it’s lovely, fruit, bright acid and low tannin (ie doesn’t make your mouth dry out) is versatile to handle the myriad of flavors coming at you on the Thanksgiving table, and it can appeal to both red and white wine drinkers. But why limit yourself when there are so many other grapes out there with a similar flavor profile and structure?
Menu is offered all evening starting at 5PM, but you can select your reservation time.
