Move over, apple pie. This hands-on class with Chef Thi features two creative, delicious, eye-catching pies designed to wow guests after a holiday repast. First, you’ll make a Fresh Pear Slab Pie with crunchy homemade granola topping and spiced mascarpone. Next up, Southern Peanut Pie (that’s right, peanut not pecan) with brown sugar bourbon whipped cream. Start practicing… “save room for dessert!”
