Throughout history musical trailblazers have challenged the pretenses laid out before them. With his 3rd Symphony Beethoven launched the Romantic Era of Classical music. Charles Ives and Jessie Montgomery ask us to look deeper into the complex questions of nations and humanity. Join us for our first full show of the season as we take a musical dive into what happens when we question authority.


Phoenix is dedicated to presenting classical music to audiences in the Boston area in a social and accessible atmosphere. Bring a friend to the show, grab a drink, and meet a musician!
