Perfectly Paired! Essential Holiday Side Dishes: Adult Cooking Class

Turkey may be the star of the show but holiday sidekicks make the entire dinner performance worthwhile. Gone are the days of steamed carrots and dry stuffing— Chef Thi will show you how to get creative with those holiday sides. In this hands-on class, guests will craft a Vegan Wild Rice Dressing that will leave family and friends amazed to learn it’s totally vegan friendly! Add in Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Cranberry and Shallots and a surprise Asian-inspired side, and you’ll realize these sides are no sidekick, they might just be the star after all.
