Peaceful Warriors (boys ages 8-12) with Andrew Heintz
at Kids Zoom Room
Yoga can help boys find ease and balance in their busy schedules and
complement their other athletic activities. Peaceful Warriors will promote both
inner and outer strength through a mixture of playful yoga sequences, balance
exercises (on hands and feet), martial arts, and restorative yoga postures with
deep relaxation. All of this will be offered in a safe, be-yourself, no judgment
environment.
For outdoor classes, please bring a yoga mat and blanket or other padding
as needed.
