Dear fellow Peace-Lovers,


You are all most cordially invited to attend the Oneness-Home Peace Concert to be held at the Calvary Church (no affiliation), 300 Mass. Ave., E. Arlington, on September 30th at 7-9 pm. Please share the info with your family, friends and colleagues.


This Peace Concert is a free of charge culture of peace event, dedicated to the celebration of two events:


1. The International Day of Peace that UN celebrates on September 21st, and whose theme this year is: Together for peace: Respect, safety and dignity for all. More info about the Peace Day at: www.un.org/peaceday


2. We are also celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run, a relay run that passes a flaming Peace Torch from hand to hand, passing on a wish for world peace from heart to heart. A Peace Torch held by many dignitaries from all over the world, but by infinitely more children with beaming happiness, will be presented at the Peace Concert in Arlington, and you will have a unique chance to share your wish for world peace with other millions of people of our dear planet home Earth. The program will consist of meditative choral music, poetry recitations reflecting humankind's universal desire for peace, along with awe inspiring artwork displayed to highlight and complement soul-stirring performances.


Concert attendees will have an opportunity to hold the Peace Torch and make a wish for World Peace, thus joining millions of others from all over the world in raising the collective vibration for true peace, within and without.
