Patton Valley Wine Dinner

Dine at the award-winning Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar and experience a sensational night full of sweet and salty flavors in this specially prepared five-course meal by Chef Daniel Bruce with wine expertly chosen by Sommelier Benjamin Oram and the team at Patton Valley Vineyard. The dinner begins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 4 and will lead with a first course of crispy prosciutto, grilled green melon, cracked black pepper and brie toast paired with Pet Nat Rose of Pinot Noir.
