Join us for fitness classes sponsored by Boston Parks and Recreation, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and the Boston Public Health Commission.
Born Bi-Kim leads a series of restorative yoga and light meditation offerings throughout the summer. This class offers light, self-body massage techniques and offers question and answer time after every session. Class is open to all ages and levels.
