French macarons are sweeping the nation! These delicate and colorful almond confectioneries can be a sweet ending to a meal or just a snack. You’ll learn step-by-step techniques on how to make two different macaron flavored shells, chocolate and raspberry, and two fillings, dark chocolate and white chocolate with raspberries. Instructor: Evelyn Schichner


Thursday, 6-9pm. Mar. 14. The cost of tuition covers all food materials and fees.
