French macarons are sweeping the nation! These delicate and colorful almond confectionaries will be a sweet ending to a meal or just a snack. You’ll learn step-by-step techniques to make macaron shells and two fillings including buttercream and chocolate ganache. You'll leave the class with a box of treats. Instructor: Evelyn Schichner
