Learn how to make hand-pulled noodles from scratch!
James Beard Nominated Chef Tracy Chang has given lectures on the science of hand-pulled noodles at Harvard, MIT, and Barcelona Science and Cooking World Congress.
Our PAGU team will dive into the science of hand-pulled noodles, as well as the methods using vacuum-sealing machines as well as recipes that work at home.

This class does not require any previous cooking experience.
Children are welcome as ticketed students.
Young children under 10 must be supervised.
Guests will be eating and drinking on site as well as taking food home from the class.
