Rosé! Malbec! Carménère! Sparkling! Did you know some of the best expressions of classic Bordeaux varietals are grown in South America? Malbec from Argentina and Carménère from Chile - plus rosé and sparkling. Dine al fresco at The Liberty with this four-course dinner, complete with wine pairings, served in our private outdoor courtyard, The Yard.

Throughout each course, both our culinary team and a guest winemaker will explain the pairings, educating you in the art of creating the perfect, balanced meal.
