We welcome you to join us for a food workshop on miso making. Guests will not only make their own miso to take home, but we'll also be teaching delicious applications. The techniques will include herb compound butter (or cheese spread), peanut butter, quick pickles and caramel sauce. Drinks and snacks inspired by the elements of the class will be served.
