I can't believe I 8 it all
Gods! Monsters! VIKING! Come one and all!
It is time again to make merry and feast with Odin and his companions. This year they are visiting the mead dwarves in the underworld with their old pal, Hel.
Join us! Arm wrestle with Thor! Test your skills with Skadi! And most if all feast and drink as is your right because you are mighty warriors!
Yeah, you're dead, but you are still MIGHTY!!
this year the ten course menu will include
Leg of lamb roasted with herbs and garlic
Goat stewed in mead with root vegetables
Cheesy oat porridge with smoked hamA smorgasbord of house made liverwurst, brined vegetables and oat biscuits!
It's a feast for the Gods and yeah, after eight years we know just exactly what the Gods want to eat
If course everything is ALL LOCAL because that is just how the Cuisine en Locale Kitchen Trolls roll.
ONCE in Valhalla is pure, classic pop-up (we did it in a truck once and called it UHaulla) and after all Odin is all seeing, so you never know where he will be.
This year he’s taking the party underground to hang with the Mead Dwarves, Loki, his daughter Hel and his wolf/serpent brood at Grendel's Den.
On January 13, 2018, decend into the underworld and dine with us.
