Start your day off right with breath, body work, and beer. Local yoga instructor Sarah Shea, will be leading a class designed to help you get centered, increase flexibility, and build strength. From breath work, sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, balance poses, to ending with restorative poses, no matter your level of experience with yoga the class will be structured in such a way that you can make it as supportive and challenging as you are ready for that morning.
