Take your tastebuds on a virtual trip through Italy with this olive oil tasting class led by Italian chef Lidia Bastianich. Lidia has been introducing Americans to Italian flavors through her cookbooks, TV shows and restaurants for years. Now, you can learn about the world of olive oil with tips, tasting notes and stories from Lidia herself. (Ticket sales end April 4.)
Lidia believes extra-virgin olive oil tastes best when it is consumed in its raw form—right out of the bottle. Join us and experience olive oil the way Lidia believes it is meant to be tasted!
Each tasting class includes:
- Kit with three 8.4 ounce Italian olive oils
- Breadsticks to assist with the tasting experience
- More than enough for 2 - 4 people to participate in the tasting
