Off Mic at Gallery 263

Chris Post and Ryan Chani present this monthly showcase featuring talented comedians inside one of Cambridge’s most unique venues, Gallery 263.

The name, Off Mic! refers to the fact that Gallery 263 is so intimate, amplification is often totally unnecessary. Without a microphone, the barrier between performer and audience is knocked down. Off-Mic! gives audience members a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process of performing.

This month's charity is CASPAR Shelter through the Bay Cove Human Services. CASPAR is a nonprofit organization founded in 1970 in response to the need for community-based services for those affected by substance use disorders. Since then CASPAR has built a comprehensive array of outreach, shelter, stabilization, residential, aftercare, education, and prevention services. We focus on programs that are safe, accessible, and supportive and that meet the needs of a diverse population of high-risk men, women, children and adolescents, most of whom are uninsured and indigent.

Beer and wine will be available.
