Hey everyone! This will be the second in a series of monthly women's self-defense seminars. Each class will focus on learning and practicing mental and physical techniques that are Krav Maga based and practical in nature.


The cost is $15 and a third of the proceeds will go to Rosie's Place, a homeless women's shelter in Boston. Let me know if you have any questions and see you there!

Instructor Melanie Morgan Wilcox is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt, in addition to a certified Krav Maga black belt under Ali Roshankish. She is also experienced in Judo and Muay Thai. Let us know if you have any questions!
