Ring in 2018 with a 19+ component dinner, without plates or silverware—everything is served on banana leaf and part of the experience includes eating with your hands—Kamayan style. You'll start with a zine (handmade booklet) that describes the meal and how to eat with your ends, and leave with baon—a specially designed box—to take home your favorite items from the table.
We put people and planet first, so while we do our utmost to craft a fantastic experience for you, we don't cut corners in order to source from friend farms we trust are good stewards of the earth and pay our people a living wage.
To accommodate two seatings that begin at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., please note that dinner will begin promptly within 30 minutes of your booking time and ends two hours later (e.g. if your booking time is 5:30 p.m., dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. and ends by 7:30 p.m.).
While we often can accommodate dietary restrictions, due to the special nature of this event, we are unable to do so. Likely on the menu: pork, chicken, beef, shellfish, nightshades, stone fruit, soy, wheat, and dairy.
