Dirt, blood, mud, and oh, the smell, what's your Dirty Work story? Join us on March 15th, when we make our way back to the Home/.stead Bakery and Cafe and tell us about the time you did that thing with the thing that made you cringe, but you did it anyway! We promise not to judge you. Seriously, no scoring at this open mic show. Bring your own true, 5-minute story, based on the theme for March: Dirty Work! Just throw your name in jug and take a shot at (local) fame and glory!
Our featured storyteller is comedian Kwasi Mensah! Kwasi was recently featured in front of a full house at the Somerville Theater as part of the Suitcase Stories series. He is also the host of Laughing Liberally Boston! Find out more about Kwasi at http://www.kwasiisfunny.com.
Our featured musician for March is Now Listen Here regular, Donnie Martin! Mixing his musical improvisation skills with his violin and a series of pedals and switches, Donnie creates a sound that is rich and infectious!
Seating is limited, so get your tickets in advance.
