Join Amy Leydon for a special New Year’s Class focusing on your dharma and how to start your New Year off with intention and purpose. Through her Somatic Experience work, Amy holds a strong belief that your body holds wisdom that your mind does not. The sensations in your body signal to you what feels right and what feels wrong.


As we look to the year ahead, we will set an intention to trust our inner wisdom more and our thoughts less. When we start to focus on sensation and what our body is telling us, our dharmic path begins to reveal itself through our our inner guide. We can stop trying so hard to figure it all out and let the path unfold naturally before us.


Naomi will offer support through mini oracle card readings. Her readings weave together Chakra Wisdom, Human Design, and Nervous System Regulation. You’ll be give points for reflection, affirmation, and actions to help you thrive in the new year!


Naomi will begin class with a full chakra card reading for the community. Class is from 11-12:15pm. Naomi will offer more mini card readings after class until 1pm.
