Receive insights on how to create a meaningful yoga practice that includes Intention Setting along with moving meditations and active integration methods using journal entries and lunar check ins to help guide you on your journey to the self.
Water, Tea & light refreshments will be available. Look out for a follow-up email with the Pot & Flow Menu attached.
Create a ceremonial space for yourself by bringing the following items to the event:
• A yoga mat or towel to practice on.
• A journal, pen or pencil.
• Optional: Your favourite smoking apparatus and/or rolling material.
• Optional: any other item that is particularly sacred or meaningful to you or evokes ceremonial space for you. Crystals, pictures, etc.
