Move over, Elon Musk! The next generation of entrepreneurial innovators has arrived. The New England Innovation Academy (NEIA), a first-of-its-kind private school for grades 6-12 focused on Human Centered Design, will celebrate its first anniversary by showcasing 21 newly launched student companies at its 2022 Inaugural Gala. Tour the gallery of student-run companies, view their innovative products from dog leashes to measuring cups, to magnetic coasters and wearables, learn about their successes and challenges and meet the leaders of the future. You will be dazzled by the array of new product innovations the students have imagined, invented, designed and produced. The event is free to the public, but registration is required. Guests will enjoy light refreshments and music. Finally, as the evening comes to an end, NEIA will feature a special keynote address by Jon Hirschtick, Co-founder and former CEO of Onshape and SolidWorks and former member of the MIT Blackjack Team. Jon is an exceptional, multi-faceted leader whose work is renowned in the world of Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
