Every human experiences trauma and stress, and our minds are filled with habits, judgements and preconcious reactions that may prevent you from being at your best. Neurosculpting uses the brain’s natural neuroplasticity to release these stresses and transform your habitual reactions.


In Neurosculpting Basics you will use your brains neuroplasticity to create new neural networks of your choosing and leave with tools to recall these meditations anytime.


This workshop will start with a 30 minute brain talk followed by two 20 minute Neurosculpting meditations.
