About this event:


Community Servings provides medically tailored prepares close to 17,000 meals/week to individuals and families across Massachusetts who are experiencing critical or chronic illness & nutrition insecurity such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and more. All kitchen volunteers receive a 20-minute orientation and food safety training at the start of their shift. Once in the kitchen, you’ll help our team peel and chop veggies, portion soups, stews, and salads, and pack meal bags for their clients. There is no experience required as the kitchen team provides all instructions.
