Connect with Duxbury Saltworks and Mood Food Events at this interactive cooking workshop focused on the connection between healthy food and better mood! At the event we will explore the important role natural sea salt plays in both mental and physical health while whipping up some super clean, gluten free, vegan snacks that highlight the amazing flavors found in Duxbury Saltworks's mineral rich sea salt and our favorite locally sourced produce.
After the interactive demonstration, everyone will have a chance to connect with hosts Lily, Julia and Melissa as they share their creations with the group and host a casual question and answer panel.

Duxbury Saltworks was founded by Lily Leedom, an entrepreneur, wife, mom, dog enthusiast, athlete and seeker of better health. Lily is passionate about vibrant living and oversees all aspects of the business. We are a collection of seven women - mothers, sisters, wives and daughters - who are all about living vibrant lives. This encompasses health, wellness, eating delicious food, connecting with nature and our natural habitats, learning, honoring the gifts land, sea & air. In addition to making sea salt we love making things, sharing recipes and stewarding our lands in various ways by pruning, growing and tending to the plants, animals and people that live on them!
