A collection of hand-printed posters is coming home to Boston on September 13th! The National Poster Retrospecticus is hosting its 100th show at MassArt. The event will feature gig posters and art prints by prominent artists from all over the world. The event will feature over 100 screenprinted posters, including the entire collection of posters by The Fifty-Nine Parks Print Series.


“We can’t wait to be back home in Boston!” explains show producer JP Boneyard. “We’ve been touring North America non-stop since 2013. We’ve beenfortunate to show in places like Nike HQ, Disney Animation Studios, AdobeMax, and The Library of Congress. When our 100th show was within sight weonly had one place we wanted to do the event: MassArt. It means a lot to come back home where our creative careers began. MassArt has always meant so much to us — we’re forever grateful for our time there. We’ve been dreaming of this show for a long time!”


The show is produced by MassArt Grads JP Boilard (Graphic Design, 2011), Brian Buccaroni (Film, 2010) and Erin Davis (Graphic Design, 2011). Co-sponsored by MassArt's Graphic Design Department and Alumni Relations. Free, but registration required.
