Each year on August 2, Hood celebrates National Ice Cream Sandwich Day by offering thousands of free ice cream sandwiches to lucky Bostonians. This year, we’re setting up shop at Hood’s iconic Milk Bottle at the Boston Children’s Museum to celebrate National Ice Cream Sandwich Day and the Children’s Museum’s 105th birthday!



From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., Hood will host a pop-up birthday party to celebrate the Museum’s birthday by offering Classic Vanilla Sandwiches and New Limited Edition Birthday Cake Ice Cream Sandwiches. In addition to offering Ice Cream Sandwiches, Hood will also feature free family-friendly activities like a photo booth, face painting, giveaways, and more! PLUS, don’t miss a special visit from Wally the Green Monster from the Red Sox from 12pm to 1pm!
