Join Kelly for a spirited journey through Hindu myths, as well as the mantras, mudras and poses that go with them. Myths are like prisms, reflecting us back to ourselves and providing meaningful clues to help us through challenging moments in our lives. Coupled with creative vinyasa flow, the stories truly come to life with YOU as the main character! Krishna, Lakshmi, Kali, Shiva, Ganesha… any one of them (or more than one) might make an appearance as we flow through creative vinyasa sequences designed to unleash your inner deity! For yogis with a little bit of experience under their belt, this workshop includes storytelling, chanting, mudra (yoga for your hands), meditation and lots of inspired movement on the mat for all levels. Be ready to try a few poses you may have only seen in books!
