This Sunday, July 30th, 2017, Mystic Brewery makes its way to Viale, Central Square’s modern Italian restaurant, for a prix fixe Beer Tasting Brunch, with specials for both beer lovers and die-hard brunchers to enjoy! Viale and Mystic Brewery will celebrate the fellowship of food and beer with a four-course brunch prix fixe menu ($35), paired with Mystic brews, as well as offerings of signature beer-tasting flights, all available à la carte and in addition to the regular brunch menu.

From 10:30AM to 2:00PM, Executive Chef/Co-Owner Greg Reeves offers specials that pair perfectly with Mystic’s signature brews, starting with the first course dish of Corn and Crab Fritters with tomato jam, the second course will feature an Heirloom Tomato and Feta Salad with purslane and pistachio. For the main brunch entrée, enjoy Potato Pancake and House Guanciale with fried egg and scallions and to finish out the festivities, guests can enjoy Grilled Peach with sour zabaglione and cherries. All specials are available a la carte, and in addition to the regular dinner menu with fan-favorites such as Grilled Breakfast Pizza with North Country bacon, egg, ricotta and grana, Beef Short Rib a la Plancha with fried eggs, baby arugula and home fries and Ricotta Cavatelli with chanterelles, Georgia peas and basil pesto.

Mystic will be offering signature flavors like Saison Renaud’s, a provision-style saison fermented with Mystic Brewery’s longest continuously cultured strain of yeast, and their new Saturation Pale Ale with Mosaic and Amarillo hops. Beer flights will also be available for guests who wish to try a variety of brews. An expert from the brewery will be on site throughout the day to answer guest’s questions and help decipher which brew is the right fit.
