Join Chef Karen Akunowicz, the executive chef and partner at Myers + Chang and co-author of the new book Myers and Chang at Home for a night of cooking at Trident. Karen will demonstrate a recipe from the book that you can duplicate easily in your own kitchen, as well as share the flavors, techniques, and tricks that make Myers and Chang one of Boston's favorite restaurants.
Tickets include one copy of the book, as well as admission to Karen's cooking demo, a tasting of a recipe from the book, and a spot in the signing line.
