My New Story: Creating the Next Chapter

Every life is an unfolding and ever-evolving story - a hero’s journey with bright spots, turning points, unexpected opportunities, and triumphs as well as challenges, tragedies, and heart-breaks. From the day we are born we are the stars and spin doctors of our greatest creation - Our Lives! Our new story starts as an idea, and it is in-visible, however, as we tend to our dream it becomes the life we live. In this transformative workshop, participants will first acknowledge their current story and then re-write it in order to embody the life they imagine.

Participants will articulate their new story through words, images, and movement, wake-up to their self-sabotaging beliefs, create a “bag of tricks” to transform obstacles into stepping stones for success, gain a support buddy to stay on track. ​
