Join us at the West Branch on Saturday Oct 1 at 1pm as we welcome Joshua Peckins for a another Music Speaks Series.  


This program will feature pieces by:


Bach - Solo Partita no 1 in B Minor

Odaline de la Martinez - Asonancias

Shirish Korde - Vak 

Ernst - Der Erlkönig

In addition to performing these wonderful pieces, violinist Joshua Peckins will introduce the composers and their music with spoken word, welcoming the audience into a rich experience of the music.


We are so happy to have Joshua return to the Somerville Public Library. Music Speaks is a two part series with performances at both the East and West Branches.  If the weather is nice walk ups are welcome in the courtyard, bring your own chair.


The second program for Music Speaks will be Thursday November 3rd at 7pm at the East Branch and on Monday December 12th at 7pm at the West Branch.
