Due to the success of the hippest and most interactive reading series in Boston and free entry for youth, Mr. Hip Presents: Youth Reads will host poetry events for all youth under the age of 18 (all ages welcome and encouraged to attend!). We have extended the series in our second year to host 4-5 youth poets at Trident Booksellers every first Thursday of the month with a guest poet to read and lead a discussion about poetry and craft. Our first guest poet is the local, talented, and emerging poet, Tara Skurtu.
