Join Boston Conservatory students in an hour long dance class that will incorporate gentle, but challenging movement. Dance alongside the class leaders to new fun songs & some oldies, but goodies. All you need is a stable chair & yourself!

All are welcome, no matter what skill or mobility level. No experience necessary.
