Moonbox Productions is thrilled to present the Tony Award winning musical, Cabaret, by John Kander, Fred Ebb, and Joe Masteroff. Cabaret is a gritty, sexy and thought-provoking musical about a society on the brink of catastrophic change. Set during the rise of the Nazis in 1930s Germany, this hard-hitting story revolves around the seedy Kit Kat Klub where patrons, captivated by the decadent allure, come to escape the deteriorating outside world. Cabaret is a sumptuous and provocative musical which is more relevant now than ever, exploring the devastating results of authoritarianism, bigotry, and cultural upheaval in times of political change. Musical numbers include well-known classics of the musical stage like “Money,” “Mein Herr,” “Willkommen,” “Maybe This Time,” and of course “Cabaret.”
