Top talent DJ’s and refreshing cocktails make Monday Mixtape in Union Square the place to be

Brass Union’s Music Curator John Wallace aka DJ J-Wall has created a series of Patio parties called “Monday Mixtape” at Brass Union this summer with some of Boston’s best DJ talent.

The events take place outside on the patio from 6-10pm bringing the club feel outdoors. The first party happens to co-inside with Brass Union’s third Anniversary on June 12th. To kick off the event J-Wall and DJ Axel Foley; who was the first DJ ever to spin at at Brass will play an open format night that leans into funk, soul, & classic hip hop.

The rest of the summer schedule is as follows:

6/26 - DJ Knife & DJ Frank White will spin ’90s & ’00s alt rock.

7/17 - DJ Evaredy & DJ Frank White spin ’90s rap classics & deep cuts

8/7 - Soulelujah Takeover: funk, soul & R&B - all 45s

8/28 - DJ Ryan Brown & Saucy Lady spin disco, house, & funk
