Join SoulSparks Haven and The Trustees at Stevens-Coolidge Place for an intimate all-levels vinyasa yoga flow in the gardens. Enjoy the summer on the beautiful grounds for some movement & mindfulness amidst a (safely distanced) community as we welcome the weekend in mindfulness. Stay for a delicious savasana in the fresh air and enjoy herbal-infused water from the gardens.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water, a towel, sunscreen, and any props you might need. To maintain social distancing protocols and safe spaces, hands on assists will not be provided.
