Mimi's Chuka Diner & AERONAUT are back to bring you a heavily requested Mimi's takeover! Co-owners Ted and Jon will be onsite with us passing out kits of their amazing Chuka inspired meal, (Japanese-style Chinese food) style. The succulent Karaage flavors are the perfect match for our tart & juicy sour ale, PASSIONFRUIT SOUR PLANET. All in all, this is one sweet & spicy experience you don't want to miss!

Pre-order today and pick up your kit on SAT 04/17 at our Somerville location (14 Tyler St) or the Everett drive-thru beer window at the Cannery (1 Charles Court). Only a limited amount of kits are available so act fast! Sales end THUR 04/16 at 11:30pm. Please bring ID (21+) to the drive-thru when picking up your kit. Select which location you'll be picking up from in the order form.

While Mimi's Chuka Diner uses traditional Sichuanese ingredients, they tame the spice a bit to be true to cooking through a Japanese lens.

MAIN DISH:

- Pork and Cabbage Gyoza

- Chicken Karaage (fried chicken) first brined in a soy konbu brine, then dredged in our seasoned dredge before low-frying. You can finish with a shallow/pan-fry at home. Served with smashed cucumber salad w/ miso vinaigrette.

VEGAN OPTION:

- Vegan Gyoza

- Mushroom Karaage - same brine and dredge and served with the smashed cucumber salad w/ miso vinaigrette.

BEER:

Each kit comes with (1) 4-PK of "Passionfruit Sour Planet, our passionfruit-infused sour ale (4x 16oz cans).
