Meritage Executive Chef, and founder of the Boston Wine Festival, Chef Daniel Bruce, expertly pairs a four-course dinner with an exquisite variety of Chablis offerings - from producers including A.R. Lenoble, Roy-Prevostat et Fils, Garnier et Fils, Louis Michel et Fils, and Rene et Vincent Dauvissat.


This bright and intricate menu - brimming with refined summer ingredients and fresh, local seafood - is masterfully enhanced by the crisp and light-bodied flavors of Chef Daniel Bruce's Chablis wine pairings. Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar invites guests to explore the vineyards of Eastern France from their Boston backyard.
