Meritage Hosts American Road Trip Dinner

Acclaimed Chef Daniel Bruce, Chef Nathaniel Bell, and Sommelier Benjamin Oram of the Boston Harbor Hotel welcome guests to an exceptional five-course wine dinner at Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar.

Join the Meritage team for a spectacular evening celebrating the unique and wide-ranging food America has to offer while enjoying an impeccably paired five-course meal by Chef Daniel Bruce and Chef Nathaniel Bell with wine expertly chosen by Sommelier Benjamin Oram. The dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m. with tickets available for $175 per person.

Meritage is renowned for pairing wine with food to create an immersive dining experience. Now, Chef Bruce, Chef Bell, and Sommelier Oram draw from their travels across America to build a menu that incorporates many regions of America. From the Monterey Bay Lobsters of California to the Braised Beef Cheeks of Blue Hills Farm in New York, this menu reflects the culinary diversity found across the American landscape and features wines from California, Oregon, New York, and Massachusetts.
