About Meet the Piglets!
For the first time ever, Powisset’s sows have given birth to new piglets in the fall season. In this special limited behind-the-scenes program, groups of four people will have the opportunity to tour the Powisset piggery, learn about our precious pigs and view the three-week old piglets with their mothers. The program will be led by Farmer Melissa, who will share her extensive knowledge and answer your questions. Pre-registration required and space is very limited for this gem of an opportunity. Please park in the visitor parking area and meet Farmer Melissa outside Miss Peabody’s Piggery.
Class is limited to 12 participants to follow Covid-19 safety guidelines. Pre-registration is required 2 days prior to a class or event. If it is within 2 days and you wish to register, please email [email protected] or call 508.785.0339 to find out if there is space remaining.
COVID-19 Guidelines: Participants will be asked to follow Covid-19 related guidelines, including wearing face coverings and maintaining social distance. If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, please do not attend the event.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a program is canceled due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund or transfer into another class within 14 days of the cancellation. If you cannot attend a program as planned, contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program. We offer transfers to other classes or events with 48 hours of the class. There are no refunds for missed classes. The Trustees reserves the right to change program locations, schedules, or instructors when necessary. Note: Summer Camps and our inns and campgrounds each have separate cancellation policies.
