Herbal salves and tinctures can be used for a variety of things. Come to this two-part series to learn how to relieve stress or maybe just a bug bite. Participants will get hands-on, step-by-step experience making an herbal (alcohol-based) tincture, an infused oil, and a salve. Learn to troubleshoot some common issues that come up when practicing the art of medicine making and gain an understanding of the uses of tinctures. Everyone will go home with a tincture and a salve. Participants can bring a 4-6 oz glass jar with a lid, and all materials will be provided. This is a two-part series on March 24 and April 21, so attendance is suggested for both dates.
