Legendary barkeep Joe McGuirk teams up with former Bondir chef de cuisine Pierce Kelley to bring this Cambridge pop-up to life in the Middlesex Lounge dining room.


The menu is a playful four-course "pub tasting" highlighting local seafood and farm vegetables. The cozy atmosphere recreates an old school fisherman's tavern with a modern attention to detail.


This Central Square collab is about imagining a path forward for the restaurant industry focused on sustainable, honest food and an improved quality of life for the hard working people who make it all happen.
