Mattia Scarbolo grew up in a multi generational wine making family in Friuli, Italy, but spent a decade away from home studying and working before feeling like a “fish out of water” and answering his roots calling to join the family team. Mattia’s time away helped him understand how wine is perceived on “the other side of the fence”. Believing that detrimental fast trends and clichés affect wine just like any other industry, he wants to promote good wines, with character, at a fair price to foster curiosity and conviviality.
