Enhance your understanding of the Yoga Sūtra of Patañjali by participating in this special offering. Each session will be present the major themes covered in each of the four chapters of the Yoga Sūtra. Participants will be invited to engage in articulating how contemporary practitioners construct meaning from this ancient wisdom in their yoga practice and in their lives. This workshop is ideal for yoga students and teachers. While general familiarity with the Yoga Sūtra is recommended, there are no prerequisites for participation in these sessions.
