The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) Massachusetts Chapter is thrilled to announce the Inaugural APDA MA Magic of Hope Gala. The event will take place on Friday, November 4, from 6:30 to 10:30pm, at the Newbury Boston.

Allison Goldberg (Saker) and her committee of volunteers welcome all to this evening of dinner and dancing to raise money for the APDA, which provides local, grassroots support to people impacted by Parkinson's in Massachusetts. More than 200 guests will attend, many of whom have been touched personally by Parkinson's.

Wear your best cocktail attire and join us for a delightful evening. Guests can expect a cocktail hour and silent auction followed by a seated dinner, dancing, as well as a live auction. The glamorous backdrop for these festivities will be the iconic and newly restored Newbury Boston in Back Bay (www.thenewburyboston.com/).

The APDA Magic of Hope Gala Committee, consisting of local community members passionate about the mission of APDA, includes Gala Chair Allison Goldberg, Caroline Balz, Erica Chamberlain, Raquel Fauza, Breen Galperin, Amanda Goodman, Caroline Hallowell, Elyssa Kotzen, Alex Ozerkis, Cerissa Park, Stacy Roman and members of the APDA Board and Staff.

You do not want to miss this remarkable event. Funds raised at the APDA Magic of Hope Gala will benefit people with Parkinson's disease (PD), their care partners, and families through research, education, and support services. The event will bring together educators, health care providers, community members, staff, and community partners. It certainly will be a memorable evening. APDA is the largest grassroots network dedicated to fighting Parkinson's disease (PD) and works tirelessly to help the more than 1 million people in the US with PD live life to the fullest in the face of this chronic, neurological disorder. Founded in 1961, APDA has raised and invested more than $226 million to provide outstanding patient services and educational programs, elevate public awareness about the disease, and support research designed to unlock the mysteries of PD and ultimately put an end to this disease.
