The Blue Ox is teaming up with Bent Water Brewing Co. to bring their craft ales to the Lynn restaurant’s taps. Featured for one-night-only, customers will be able to indulge in Bent Water’s Thunder Funk IPA, Harmonix Imperial IPA, Oktoberfest Festbier, Premium Lager, Coast Encounter Triple IPA, and more. To pair with these exceptional beers, The Blue Ox has crafted a menu of classic German dishes.


The Blue Ox’s Chef Jay has crafted two delicious German dishes to pair with Bent Water’s beers. Both the delectable Pork Schnitzel topped with braised blaukraut, a fresh potato and apple hash, and a dollop of sour cream and the Potato Pancakes finished with a sprinkle of crispy bacon and a drizzle of dill cream pair deliciously with Bent Water’s delicious lagers and IPAs. 


Brand representatives from Bent Water will be handing out samples and answering any questions throughout the evening. Customers who order a Bent Water beer during the tap takeover will receive a branded glass to take home. The Bent Water beer offerings and menu pairing will be available for one-night-only at The Blue Ox, making this a can’t miss event.
