Seated at a single piano, this remarkable pair of Dutch brothers performs Igor Stravinsky’s masterpiece in the composer’s own four-hand transcription. The Jussens also give exquisitely-modeled performances of the standard repertoire, and will perform some of the 19th century’s greatest four-hand piano works by Schubert and Mendelssohn. Two 21st-century works written for the brothers by composers from Poland and Turkey round out this bracing program.
